Where do you ship from?

Our products are dispatched from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

To modify or cancel your order, please send a request within 12 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations after this period. However, you are welcome to return the order for a full refund once you receive it.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

 

When will my order be processed?

We process orders on business days. Please expect a processing time of 1-3 business days from the order date, with shipping occurring the following day. Note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within 2-4 weeks due to high demand.

 

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.

 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Prices on our site are in US Dollars and do not include tax, which means you may have to pay duties and taxes upon receipt. Such fees are determined and charged by your local customs office. We are not responsible for any customs or import tax charges or for delays caused by customs.

If you used a credit or debit card, the refund would be sent to your bank within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation notice.
